Yesterday I noticed how close the buds on my nun's orchid were to opening. I discovered her this morning. The stem is riddled with buds so I expect several blooms to be open at once.
Congrats! I have a tiny orchid that I bought from Lowes Home Improvement center this winter. Had buds and a couple of white flowers, did great til the end of the remodel and flowers dropped but it is now putting on new leaves so maybe all is not lost.
Hope you all like the new background I thought we needed a little change. I went out and took a photo of a lily out in bloom too. The new avatar is now showing.

ReplyDeleteflowers will drop, new leafs is the important thing. This i thought had seven stems of blooms coming up, but many seems to be young shoot offs now.
